One promoter manning the hospitality desk during all the events and activities going on, She need to be briefed about whom to contact for what kind of situation 1. Transfers- Sahaj 2.Hotel related issues - Manish/Sanjay, 3.Decor/venue related issues - Mari 4. Alisha to be looped in for important issues
